年薪近百萬返工看報紙食三文治 愛爾蘭漢嫌太無聊告公司

不少人都想找份「筍工」，最好返工「唔洗做」佗佗佻佻。不過，每個人對工作都有不同態度，愛爾蘭一名男子在當地一間鐵路公司任職，年薪約12.1萬歐元（約99.3萬港元)，但他投訴每日返工「太無聊」，只需要收發郵件，吃個午餐、三文治、看看報紙又一日，準時放工，認為公司沒有讓他發揮專業技能，「無用武之地」，質疑公司是在懲罰他，決定到法院告公司。

 

據《愛爾蘭廣播公司》報道，男子米爾斯（Mills）在愛爾蘭鐵路公司（Iarnród Éireann）擔任財務經理，米爾斯在聽證會上表示，他每星期只需要回公司2天，但常常「沒事可做」，太無聊便提早回家。報道指，他如果回辦公室，通常早上10時才到，會買定2份報紙，《泰晤士報》和《獨立報》及一份三文治。他說，每日只是打開電腦收發電郵，但沒有一封關於工作，形容「沒有訊息、沒有溝通、沒有同事交流。」他形容：「如果我每周可以做一次的任務，我會很興奮的。」

報道指，2014年米爾斯（Mills）在一場聽證會上擔任證人，提供對公司不利的證據，並對某些會計事項提出質疑後，從此工作內容銳減，甚至被排除在公司會議和培訓機會之外，阻礙了他面試更高職位的表現。他質疑是公司秋後算帳，對他「投閒置散」。

米爾斯說，儘管他現在年薪高達12.1萬歐元，但這卻令他「非常不快樂」，直言「上班實在太無聊」、「在這份工作中找不到成就感」、「無法發揮自己的價值」，於是決定告公司，目前案件仍在審訊中。
